"Warranty help was okay , but slow"
After a few months , the resistance knob on my bike started acting up , so I reached out to Echelon about the warranty . They did get back to me , but every reply seemed to take a couple days , and I ended up having to send the same details more than once .
They eventually sent the repair part and the instructions , and I was able to get it fixed , so that part worked out . It just wasn’t the smoothest process . Not awful or anything , but definitely a little annoying and slower than I expected .

"Super fast delivery!!!"
My order showed up way sooner than I expected!!! The box was in great shape, and tracking it was really easy the whole time. everything went smoothly, so I’ve got zero complaints!!!

I had an issue with my account and reached out to support. They got back to me fast, which was nice. It did take one extra email to fully fix it, so not totally instant, but overall it was a decent experience and they got the job done.

Assembly was mostly fine, just took me a bit longer than I expected. The instructions could definitely be clearer in a few spots, so I ended up checking my order email and receipt to make sure I had the right model. Once I figured it out, everything came together okay.

I’ve been using the Echelon membership almost every day, and it’s been a great value for me. I like that there are so many class options, especially when I only have 20 or 30 minutes and want something quick but still challenging. The instructors keep the energy up without being over the top, and it’s nice being able to switch between different ride styles depending on my mood. It costs less than what I was paying for my old gym, and I’m actually using it more, so I’m happy with it.

I needed to update my card and double-check my subscription dates. Once I finally got into my account, everything was actually really clear and the billing change went through right away. I was a little frustrated with the waiting part, but at least there were no weird extra charges or confusing steps. Overall, it ended up being much simpler than I expected...

I thought my workout motivation was gone for good, like it had packed its bags and left the country. But now that I’m actually seeing results, it’s been a total plot twist. Every little bit of progress makes me want to keep showing up, and for the first time in a while, I feel like I’m really sticking with it.

I’ve been using echelonfit.com for a few months now, and the variety is prob the main reason I keep coming back.
There’s pretty much always something that fits my mood, whether I want a quick ride, a strength class, yoga, or a longer workout when I actually have the time lol. I also like that the instructors have different styles, so it doesn’t feel repetitive.
Some of the classes are tougher than I expected, but in a good way. I don’t get bored with it, which is kinda rare for me when it comes to fitness apps ngl.

I've had my Echelon bike for a few months now, and it's still running smooth and quiet. The resistance changes work like they should, and nothing feels loose or cheap. I'm happy with it overall.

"Good instructors, but it really depends who you get"
Overall, I’ve had a good experience. Some instructors are great and make it easy to stay motivated, which is usually my quick way of judging a class, if I leave feeling like I’d actually come back, that’s a win. But a few classes have felt a little flat, so it really depends on who you pick. Not a bad place at all, I just wish the quality was a bit more consistent.

"Return was easier than I expected"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size bike and thought the return might turn into a hassle. Thankfully, it was straightforward. I reached out, they sent clear instructions, and the return label came through fairly quickly.
The refund posted a few days after they received the bike back, so I didn’t have to keep following up or sit on long calls. It would’ve been nice if I hadn’t made the mistake in the first place, but their process was fair and easy enough. Overall, I’m happy with how it was handled.

"Good bike, but the app tests my patience"
I actually really like the bike itself, and the classes are solid. When everything is working, it’s a great workout and I enjoy using it. The frustrating part is the app and connection issues. It drops more often than I expected, and sometimes the app takes forever to load or doesn’t sync properly with the screen. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s annoying when you’re already motivated and ready to ride. I wanted to love the whole experience more, so it’s a little disappointing. For now, I’d give it 3 stars.
